Kellam Greenwood, Managing Director, Unlocking Talent Ltd.
In addition to being a Fellow of the Institute of Personnel & Development, Kellam holds the British Psychological Society’s highest practitioner award for occupational testing and is a member of the Association of Business Psychologists. He has a Diploma in Counselling at Work, a Post Graduate Certificate in Coaching and an MSc in People and Organisational Development.
Kellam has many years of experience working for a FTSE 100 organisation where he held both operational and specialist HR roles. In the latter he was responsible for assessment and selection, performance management, leadership development programmes and people potential initiatives.
Kellam has experience of mergers and acquisitions and organisational change. He was part of a senior HR team guiding a major organisation through change and uncertainty due to a threatened takeover. Kellam’s contribution to managing the psychological contract found recognition within the HR press as well as the national media. As well as providing organisational development input, he was able to provide coaching support to senior colleagues facing transformational change. This period also presented Kellam with career and lifestyle choices that led to him establishing his own business.
Kellam is married with two grown up children. He has a love of lifelong learning, travel and country walking. He has an ongoing interest in emotional intelligence. |
