Low Cost Airline Case Study

Unlocking Talent was been involved in the design and implementation of a programme called ‘Developing for a Strong Future’ within a well known low-cost airline. This programme was a one to one development process consisting of a range of diagnostic tools including psychometric tests and 360° questionnaires. Individuals received feedback in order to develop robust and stretching personal development plans linked to business success. Kellam worked with over 85 leaders and managers from across the airline.
