easyJet Case Study
Unlocking Talent has been involved in the design and
implementation of a programme called ‘Developing for a
Strong Future’ within low-cost airline easyJet. This
programme is a 1-1 development process consisting of a range
of diagnostic tools such as psychometric tests and 360°
questionnaires. Individuals receive feedback in order to
develop a robust and stretching personal development plan
linked to business success. To date Kellam has worked with
over 85 leaders and managers from across the airline.
